First and foremost, you should join Concepcion Peak Performance for your own success. There is also a very serious timing consideration here - which could be good or bad for you depending on how you respond. The pandemic has accelerated great change in so much of our lives (changes that were always coming, but now they're here 5-10 years earlier): the way we work, the way we learn, the way we play, the way we shop - so much has changed! All these shifts are triggering massive domino effects in our markets and customers. We will get left behind and become irrelevant if we do not also change our own behaviors and practices at work.
Unfortunately, so much of these behaviors and practices are stuck in old habits that are very hard to break. From this point on, we have to look at this issue as Red Zone vs Green Zone. Green Zone employees are in roles that give them time to innovate and find much better ways of doing things.
One thing is for sure: we cannot be an organization where most of our people are Red Zone; our success will depend on increasing the number and % of Green Zone employees.
