So my favorite part of Ni2 has to be the relentless "learning and growing” environment... greatness in any field is about practicing the fundamentals again and again and then consistently applying those fundamentals in a diversity of challenging situations that force you to live them in extraordinary ways.

The ability to make a decision by gut is a top skill that I look for in an employee. We dont have the luxury of getting all the info and the time to analyze a situation and make a decision. The ability to take decision right away and some risk. Innovation is a game for people who are willing to take risk, and the ability to make thing work or not is all based on desire.
