Audrey Isabel Pe is the protypical Young Fellow we are committed to graduating from our year-long fellowships. A member of our Ni2 Advisory Board and Stanford Class of 2025, Audrey launched WITECH (Women In Tech) when she was 15, spending much of her teenage years honing 21st century skills and building a track record of thought leadership and hi-impact innovation. The Young Fellows Innovator-In-Residence program aims to equip 21st century leaders with 21st century skills — it is a program that would have surely helped me establish WITECH had it existed when I was 15.

Audrey Pe (@audreyisabelpe) is a member of Stanford University Class of 2025 and the founder and executive director of WiTech (@witechorg) — a nonprofit organisation based in the Philippines that aims to educate, inspire, and empower youth to break gender barriers and use tech to make a difference in society.

Through WiTech, she has been working on projects at the intersection of technology and education since she launched the organisation at age 15. Now 20, her time is mostly spent going on partnership calls, speaking at webinars, and coordinating with WiTech’s 20+ chapters in 10+ countries on how to break the gender and accessibility gaps in tech.

Her work with WiTech has garnered her recognition as a 2020 Gen.T Leader of Tomorrow, 2019 Global Teen Leader, 2020 Pinterest Council of Courage member, 2018 Zonta Young Women in Public Affairs District awardee, 2019 Zonta Women in Technology Asia-Pacific District Scholar, Opportunity Desk 30 Under 30 Changemaker, 2020 Women in IT Advocate of the Year Finalist, and 2019 Women in Tech Global Aspiring Teen Award Finalist. A four-time TEDx, ASEAN and UN speaker, she has delivered over 100+ talks and has also been featured in local and international publications like Forbes, Esquire, and Elite Daily. Her work was also highlighted in the 2020 United Nations Girls Education Initiative documentary.
