Bravo to Isa and Arrelle, Guilders now actively collaborating with the Ni2 team in delivering impactful webcasts such as Agile Hours! Their enthusiasm and youthful spirit has given fresh energy to our community gatherings this September, and have deepened the learnings, insights, and reflections that the community absorbs during these webcasts. But they’re not just Guilders or co-hosts of Ni2 webcasts, they’re also part of the team tasked with expanding The Guild’s reach in campuses all over the country! Isa and Arrelle continue to move out of their boxes, pushing themselves to co-create a better webcast experience for Ni2! We can see that their growth reflects their Genius, Purpose, & Service and their ability to constantly evolve as demanded by the Future of Work.
ENZO & OJ
How to build a super resume and get a 4-year headstart – even as a college freshman! Just ask these guys. Enzo is still a freshman in Enderun and isn’t shy about how he’s built up his work experience even in just 5 months of Ni2. Same for OJ, a junior in Ateneo who’s only been in Ni2 4 months. None of their OJT was about fetching coffee or running errands. Enzo and OJ’s hi-impact on-the-job experience includes marketing, business development and product development – plus they’re part of the founding team to launch an innovation to help college kids just like them.
AUDREY
The Guild by Ni2’s new Managing Director just joined us from a young, but distinguished career. A Magna cum Laude Communications Technology Management grad of Ateneo, Auds was at one point all these: a faculty member of ADMU’s John Gokongwei School of Management; a market research analyst; an MA candidate for Organizational Psychology; a co-founder of Ignite Founders Ventures; a beauty pageant contestant; and a political candidate for Provincial Board member of the 7th District of Cavite. She joins The Guild with big plans to reinvent how college students transition into the world of work! Her weekly guide in this ambitious journey is Ni2 #FutureOfWork, which re-casts her OKRs and KPIs into continuous cycles of iteration and improvement. On the other hand, for her Guilders, her 3x weekly fare is focused on Ni2 Superpower-6 – to guide their career growth along the 6 most critical competencies they will need.
