GPS Navigation

One of our most loved experiences, Ni2 GPS NAV is our core engine for success in work and life: a weekly guide to help us live our deepest truth and so fulfill our highest potential and greatest promise.

Check this box if you are a GUILDER (i.e., I'm in college or just graduated in the last 12 months) before clicking the blue button.

ISA & ARRELLE

Bravo to Isa and Arrelle, Guilders now actively collaborating with the Ni2 team in delivering impactful webcasts such as Agile Hours! Their enthusiasm and youthful spirit has given fresh energy to our community gatherings this September, and have deepened the learnings, insights, and reflections that the community absorbs during these webcasts. But they’re not just Guilders or co-hosts of Ni2 webcasts, they’re also part of the team tasked with expanding The Guild’s reach in campuses all over the country! Isa and Arrelle continue to move out of their boxes, pushing themselves to co-create a better webcast experience for Ni2! We can see that their growth reflects their Genius, Purpose, & Service and their ability to constantly evolve as demanded by the Future of Work.

SWEETIE

Sweetie, a 4th year Marketing Management student from Arellano University and one of our newest Guilders, shared with the community during an Agile Hour that she needs to be more comfortable with being uncomfortable and to be an out-of-the-box thinker, because for her, that’s how she’ll conquer whatever life throws at her, whether in her life or future career. As she discovers her own Genius, Purpose, & Service (GPS), Sweetie will grow more comfortable with being uncomfortable, because her GPS will guide her through all the failures, shortcomings, doubts, and fears that we all have.

ELAINE

Social media strategist turned life coach, who helps career professionals in fields as diverse as social media consulting (of course), financial planning and entrepreneurship. Business is booming for Elaine especially in the pandemic, but recently she took a 2-month break to re-focus how she positions her diverse offerings. Of her Ni2 experience: “Even if I know what I’m doing, iba pa din yun may guide that helps me in the right direction”, referring to our unique mix of the Ni2 app (GPS, Launchpad) as a DIY guide plus a real person helping you live (The Agile Hour).

LIZZA

Lizza, a 3rd-year student of Paranaque City College studying BS Entrepreneurship, has been able to pick up some valuable learnings for herself through the Guild GPS, helped along by Pre-Flight Lounge sessions. During a discussion on nurturing our personal sense of purpose, she was able to give back to other Guilders – “You cannot manufacture your sense of purpose. You cannot fake it. Because it is something that will drive you and it is something that you can also go back to every single time, even when you feel like you’re losing your way. It is your why.”

ARELLE, CHRISLENE, CJ, LAI

Four among many of our collegians turned Ni2 Guilders, from different universities, different courses, different year levels – all voiced the same burning question in our latest Agile Hour: how can I find success in my career, but at the same time fulfill the impact I so deeply care about? Like many of our Guliders, they are aspiring innovators and change-makers, each with their own advocacies. With the help of our Ni2 community gatherings (Agile Hours) and the Guild App, they are molding themselves into superhero professionals ready to take on the world of work and whatever the future brings.

JOJO & CO

CEO of Concepcion Industrial Corp, a 60 year old public company whose products are in millions of Filipino homes, leads the launch of Concepcion Peak Performance, an Ni2-powered 3-in-1 accelerator. First of all, CPP builds on the Live @ Ni2 platform to run its Market Accelerator for the Future of Home Experiences. CPP also uses Ni2’s open collaboration platform in order to run its Workforce & Career Accelerator for its highest potential employees and Partner Accelerator for preferred dealers, distributors, and other partners and SMEs.

AMEIA & EULA

Eula and Ameia, honor students, campus leaders and active guilders, got off a rocky start by having trouble coping with the pressure that their courses demand. To top it off, they had to deal with challenges like debarment, failing grades, and even getting told off by the professor to rethink their options because they’re not good enough. The Guild GPS is a guide that reminded them of who they are and what they really stand for. These two brilliant women took charge, understood their why, and ultimately succeeded in achieving their goals. And in the end they realized that sometimes you just need to take a few steps back to remind yourself why you’re headed there in the first place.
