                    Ni2 gave me exactly the job experience I needed before my boss asked for it. And it was so far above what the company needed that I actually got a better offer and a better career path than I’d ever imagined.

                    Within 2 weeks we found a major new revenue opportunity and used Ni2’s Launchpad to get it to market in 2 months. Then we realized how many other revenue opportunities it opened up. We’re now addicted to moving fast, Ni2 fast!

                     

                    Ni2 helped me realize we’re only staffed for running daily ops and figthing fires. We don’t really have people or processes or systems for launching new products or new business models, new ways of doing things. We’re not built for finding disruptions and great big leaps. Ni2 showed us how to get jumpstarted (fast!) on all these things



                    I got my team to finally solve long-standing service issues and more important got us off the never ending treadmill of everyday fighting the same problems and doing the same thing over and over again.                     I launched a new business in 5 days using Ni2’s Launchpad. That’s why they originally called it 100-Hour Launchpad. The emphasis really is on speed and sprinting.
