Ni2 Delta Fellas are the elite special forces of our National Innovators Initiative. As Delta Fellas you are trained and accredited to be our most talented innovators, with top priority access to jobs, projects, funding and other accelerated career opportunities.
Ni2 Delta Fellas receive full scholarships and advanced Ni2 immersions in launching real world innovations relating to products, services, business models, campaigns and other market breakthroughs.
As such, Ni2 Delta Fellas are groomed to be elite practitioners of the Superpower 6 – the most critical competencies demanded by The Future of Work that every company so badly needs right now.
To qualify for the Ni2 Delta Fellas program, candidates must be invited (i.e., nominated) by Ni2 partners and subsequently complete the 100-day Ni2 Delta Fellas program.
