Deepest Truth, Highest Potential

A key learning from last month, echoed by so many in our community - if we live and work according to our deepest truths, we live a life of meaning and fulfillment. Those truths drives us through thick and thin, success and failure, and ultimately, to innovation and impact.

Failure Is Steps 1-3

Failure is Step 1, then Step 2, then Step 3 and so on. Our community has engaged very much with the topic of failure because it's often seen as something bad. We tend to hold back in fear of going back to square one, but failure is actually an opportunity to take a step forward. Each failure brings us another step closer to our goal or our win.

Empathy Is Not A Soft Skill

Empathy is actually a hardcore skill - because if you are able to connect to your stakeholders by using empathy to understand their pains, needs, and wants, you're discovering the best opportunities or solutions to help them. That is valuable and impactful for any team or business, and it's an underrated skill that many professionals don't practice enough. If you are working and use empathy as core skill in your work, you become a lot mot valuable to your employers given the impact you are able to bring to the table.

Launchpad vs #FOW

Ni2's App has tools that you can use to launch projects [Launchpad] and continuously improve your products and outcomes [Future of Work].

Kath's LocMe App is an example of a product that was birthed through Launchpad, and being improved on through FOW. Not only is Kath developing her own business, but she is practicing project management and leadership, all while still being a college student.

Zone of Opportunity

Members in our community have often shared how they have ideas but are discouraged to launch them because they are similar to other products or services already out there.

If you are seeking to improve your business, launch your ideas, or strengthen yourselves as career professionals, Zone of Opportunity is essential for you. Specific people experience specific problems, and if you can hone in on one problem that speaks the most to you, then that's where your biggest opportunities are.

That's the importance of feedback and in sighting what the stakeholders need, we should listen and deeply understand the feelings of others and thinking.

Wag kayo matakot sumubok sa mga opportunities na open for you! This is your chance to grab it kasi ‘di mo naman malalaman yung essence ng isang bagay kung hindi mo susubukan.

Agreed school doesn't mold an agile mindset. Agile thinking is a skill learned through practice.

Learning how to love feedback won't kill you, it will actually push you closer to what will make you feel alive. People are afraid of receiving feedback because they feel that para bang wala na silang ginagawang tama but true feedback isn't about pointing out your mistakes so you would feel less about yourself, it's actually pushing you to be better.
