ARELLE, CHRISLENE, CJ, LAI
Four among many of our collegians turned Ni2 Guilders, from different universities, different courses, different year levels - all voiced the same burning question in our latest Agile Hour: how can I find success in my career, but at the same time fulfill the impact I so deeply care about? Like many of our Guilders, they are aspiring innovators and change-makers, each with their own advocacies. With the help of our Ni2 community gatherings (Agile Hours) and the Ni2 Guild app, they are molding themselves into superhero professionals ready to take on the world of work and whatever the future brings.
ANALISA & WOMENSPHERE
One of our strongest supporters and a recent addition to our Ni2 Global Advisory Board, Analisa has destroyed every box that has tried to contain her mission to prove that women can make it anywhere. From Leyte, to public school in Makati, onto full scholarships in Philipine Science High School, Mt Holyoke and Harvard Business School, onto the fast-track in Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, NASA and the UN, Analisa now has her sights on a homecoming - to bring her global organization Womensphere to re-shape the future of women in the Philippines. With Womensphere's focus on economic empowerment and innovation, we share many intersections with Analisa and look forward to groundbreaking collaborations between Ni2 and Womensphere.
ELAINE
Social media strategist turned life coach, who helps career professionals in fields as diverse as social media consulting (of course), financial planning and entrepreneurship. Business is booming for Elaine especially in the panedmic, but recently she took a 2-month break to re-focus how she positions her diverse offerings. Of her Ni2 experience: "Even if I know what I'm doing, iba pa din yun may guide that helps me in the right direction", referring to our unique mix of the Ni2 app (Launchpad) as a DIY guide plus a real person helping you live (The Agile Hour).
KIM & CO.
A 2017 Industrial Design graduate of Benilde, Kim travelled the world and flourished in PAL as a flight attendant - until COVID struck and took her on a life-changing detour into Ni2! As the pandemic hit and she was retrenched along with 2,000 other PALers, Kim joined Ni2's 100-Day Career Accelerator in Feb 2021. Within Week 1, she assembled a 4-person team with old friends Ally, Clark and Tita Joana! Christened as Team Bridges, their crash course on innovation saw them launch a series of bridge programs to help retrenched professionals, especially in the travel industry. Launching innovations in 30 to 60-day cycles, Kim also found her bearings and with renewed confidence, has decided to launch her own startup - a long-postponed dream shared with her BFF to offer millennials environmentally-sustainable skin care products! Kim recently shared her startup journey in The Agile Hour.
AUDREY
The Guild by Ni2's new Managing Director just joined us from a young, but distinguished career. A Magna cum Laude Communications Technology grad of Ateneo, Audz was at one point all these: a faculty member of ADMU's John Gokongwei School of Management; a market research analyst; an MA candidate for Organizational Psychology; a co-founder of Ignite Founders Ventures; a beauty pageant contestant; and a political candidate for Provincial Board member of the 7th District of Cavite. She joins The Guild with big plans to reinvent how college students transition into the world of work!
JOJO & CO
CEO of Concepcion Industrial Corp, a 60-year-old public company whose products are in millions of Filipino homes, leads the launch of Concepcion Peak Performance, an Ni2-powered 3-in-1 accelerator. First of all, CPP builds on the Live @ Ni2 platform to run its Market Accelerator for the Future of Home Experiences. CPP also uses Ni2's open collaboration platform in order to run its Workforce & Career Accelerator for its highest potential employees and Partner Accelerator for preferred dealers, distributors, and other partners and SMEs.
MIGUEL
Stanford D-School and IDEO come to 200+ colleges and LGUs in the Philippines. That's the pedigree Migs brings in the field of Human-Centered Design Thinking and Agile Innovation. Add to that Migs' many years as a favored consultant of many of the country's biggest and most innovative corporations, plus his own family startups like Aranaz and Felipe & Sons, and you'd have to be as excited as we are that Migs will be co-piloting many of our Ni2 Daily Flights, where we do live on-air mentoring of our community of practice, many of whom will be joining us from corporations, SMEs, schools and LGUs across our 7,100 islands!
GERALD
2019 FEU graduate was all set to fulfill his lifelong dream to be an auditor - until Ni2 set him on a different track to 3 promotions and 3x earnings in just his first 24 months on the job! How did Ge burst out his box - from accounting, to the wide-open field of innovation and a whole new world of possibilities? Ge credits his growth and transformation to the constant practice, practice, practice of innovation disciplines that he was immersed in, right from Day 1 of his Ni2 experience. The favorite Ni2 disciplines of this ex-accountant? Divergent-to-convergent thinking and agile problem-solving.
JOANA
20-year veteran of global travel industry fears no boundaries, dares to continuously expand her horizons with Ni2. Today she has reinvented her career in the field of innovation - an unlikely destination if you'd asked her 2 years ago. Most recently Joana is teaming up with college Guilders Josh (FEU), Jolina and Glaiza (University of Makati) to launch Peak Experiences catering to millennials who are starting their careers and need to be mindful of mental health and overall wellness.
KAHLIL, CHINO, MARK
Three long-time friends and old high school classmates reunite in Ni2 and find jobs together while co-founding their own startup to help young people like them go from zero to career hero. And they did it all in just 6 months! How to go from C-average students who had nothing on their resumes and were struggling to find jobs in the pandemic, to being visionary leaders helping thousands of college students? They credit Ni2's Launchpad app, especially Hurdles 1-5, with helping them map their Zone of Opportunity. These dudes are locked in doing what they were born to do.
ENZO & OJ
How to build a super resume and get a 4-year headstart - even as a college freshman! Just ask these guys. Enzo is still a freshman in Enderun and isn't shy about how he's built up his work experience even in just 5 months of Ni2. Same for OJ, a junior in Ateneo who's only been in Ni2 4 months. None of their OJT was about fetching coffee or running errands. Enzo and OJ's hi-impact on-the-job experience includes marketing, business development and product development - plus they're part of the founding team to launch an innovation to help college kids just like them.
