What I got from today’s Agile Hour is that launching something is not for the faint at heart, but, if you are able to answer the ff: 1. Who your target stakeholders are, 2. What their target impact and wish list are, 3. Target delta, so on and so forth. It helps strengthen your faith in your success that once you accomplish all 12 hurdles you can’t help but feel empowered enough to maybe even sing “cause I am a champion, and you’re gonna hear me roar.”

My Key takeaway is no pain..no gain..the more unnatural we are doing, the more we are getting out of the box until this will be natural for us... We are able to practice practice and practice!

I find it easier to jumpstart my thinking process when I sketch instead of diving into writing my answers in the app immediately. It’s my guide to easily flesh out the details by deconstructing the art piece. I’m a visual artist that’s why it’s easier for me to use my right brain first and be creative, before activating my left brain. There’s no right or wrong way of doing this, what’s important is that we keep on practicing so we can get better each day. 💖

So many learnings from today's TAH🥰

✅Building a solution for your Iggy requires the right process and asking yourself the right questions. You cannot just build a solution that is rooted in your own desires or wants, it must always be rooted in your Iggy. With that, I realized the importance of hurdles 1-6. I believe one way can help us build the right solution for our Iggy is really by going through the hurdles of the app.

✅Today I also learn that your solution is important to be scalable and sustainable. It has to be REALISTIC.

✅And last, I learn that we should not be victims of planning to perfection. Because sometimes planning to perfection takes time. Yes, you might have perfected your solution and launched it but it might be too late. The right solution at the wrong time is useless.
